At RSG, we believe housing is a basic human right and the foundation of a stable and successful community. We are passionate about creating opportunities for residents to live in housing they can afford, helping to provide the necessary platform to nurture and protect quality of life for all residents. RSG understands the critical role that housing and in particular, affordable housing, for all income levels plays. We have been in the affordable housing arena since 1979 and intimately understand what it takes to see a project come to fruition and maintain affordability. As practitioners, we know firsthand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to California’s housing crisis. The secret of our success is that we adapt our experience and problem-solving skills to each individual project and make the effort to get to know the community.
As active policy committee members of the San Diego Housing Federation and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, we give a voice to the challenges our clients and communities face in California by influencing legislative initiatives. Like you, we hope to solve the housing crisis in California.
